I think that this has to be one of my best ideas that I have ever had. However, mac and cheese is the only reason I am living right now. That's a joke, but I LOVE mac and cheese. I have tried so many recipes to find the perfect batch of the creamy, cheesy pasta and I have mastered it this time.
I decided to bring this dish to my Friends-giving last Saturday. I made a whole box of pasta and it was gone by the time I woke up the next morning. I think it is safe to say that this really is a huge hit for anyone that loves a good bowl of mac and cheese.
A little disclaimer is that this dish is not a traditional mac and cheese with a rue and bread crumbs. I wanted it to be super easy for anyone to make, but also to be super yummy. It is definitely not healthy either (hahaha). Sometimes, you just got to make the mac and cheese and not think about the calories.
Give it a try and don't forget to tell me what you think!!! ;)
